## Installation

 1. Upload the `dominoform-form-builder` folder to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory,
    or upload the zipped package directly through your WordPress admin Plugins screen.
 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** screen in WordPress.
 3. Locate and click on the new **DominoForm** icon in your WordPress admin sidebar
    menu.
 4. Choose whether to design a Contact Form, Customer Survey, interactive Poll, or 
    timed Quiz from scratch, or load one of our prebuilt one-click templates.
 5. Use the provided WordPress shortcodes (e.g., `[dominoform id="123"]` or `[dominoform_survey
    id="123"]`) on any post, page, block, or elementor/builder layout to render your
    interactive form.

## FAQ

### How do I customize accepted file upload types and maximum file size limits?

When editing a questionnaire in the Survey Builder, click on any **File Upload**
question card and select **Settings**. Under the **General** tab, you will find 
dedicated controls to choose Accepted File Types (Images only, Documents only, Spreadsheets,
Media, or custom extensions) and select Maximum File Size Limits (from 1 MB up to
50 MB) alongside multiple-file upload toggles.

### Will my custom banner image be cropped on mobile or desktop screens?

No! DominoForm utilizes an intelligent dynamic container sizing architecture. When
you upload a cover banner URL, the survey canvas automatically scales its height
naturally to match the exact aspect ratio of your picture, guaranteeing that your
entire image remains 100% uncropped and visually stunning across all devices. We
recommend a banner image resolution of **1200 × 300px (4:1 landscape ratio)** for
crisp display.

### Can I prevent users from taking a survey or poll more than once?

Yes! Inside your Survey or Poll Editor, open **Survey Settings** (or **More Settings**)
and navigate to the **Security & Rate Limiting** tab. Enable Rate Limiting and choose
your preferred protection window—ranging from temporary cool-downs (e.g., once every
5 or 10 minutes) up to strict one-time enforcement (`One Submission Ever per User/
IP`). You can also combine IP Address checking, Cookie tracking, and WordPress User
authentication for ironclad verification.

### How do I share my survey without creating a WordPress page?

DominoForm automatically creates clean, standalone public permalinks (`yoursite.
com/survey/your-slug`) for all published surveys! Click the **Share** button in 
your admin table or survey editor to open the multi-tabbed distribution hub. From
there, you can copy the standalone public link, download a live scannable **QR Code**,
copy responsive `<iframe height="650">` HTML snippet code for external websites,
or post instantly to social media channels (X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email).

### How do I switch a published survey back to draft status?

In your main Survey Management dashboard table, simply click on the glowing green**`
● PUBLISHED`** status badge next to your survey title, or select **Unpublish / Set
to Draft** from the 5-button Actions row menu. The plugin will display a loading
animation and immediately update the status to **`○ DRAFT`** without requiring you
to open the full builder.
