Download and install the WordPress plugin, and easily add a support ticket form 
to your own WordPress website, or add links to the included pre-built page.

Users complete a simple set of fields, and submit their support ticket for you to
review and respond.

Review all support tickets from within your WordPress admin area. No need to use
a separate hosted service, or try to remember a different URL. Everything is stored
in the same admin area as the rest of your site.

Support tickets use a simple set of 3 statuses; open, replied or closed. Easily 
filter your tickets by clicking on the counters, to help prioritise support responses.

Reply to support tickets directly in the WordPress admin area. View the full thread,
and reply or close the ticket as needed.

#### 🔔 Never miss a support update

Receive notifications via email on responses and changes to the ticket status. Tikkit

## Installation

 1. Upload the `tikkit` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install 
    it via the WordPress Plugins screen.
 2. Activate the plugin.
 3. Visit **Tikkit  Settings** to configure the plugin and find the shortcode and URLs
    for implementation.
 4. Either add the support ticket form to a page using the Tikkit shortcode, or link
    to the form via URL.
